Are you a seasoned construction lawyer ready to step into a senior leadership role within a nationally recognised and thriving construction team? A prestigious law firm with a strong presence in the East Midlands is seeking a Construction Legal Director to join its high-performing team in Nottingham.
What You\’ll Be Doing
· Advising on a wide range of complex construction matters ( with a key focus on non-contentious matters)
· Acting as a trusted advisor to longstanding clients and helping to develop new relationships
· Supporting partners with business development initiatives and strategic planning
· Mentoring junior team members and helping to foster a positive, collaborative environment
· Contributing to thought leadership and positioning the team as a go-to in the region
What They\’re Looking For
· A senior construction lawyer with ideally 6+ years PQE
· Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness
· A passion for client service and a collegiate approach to team working
· A desire to help grow and shape a well-established team
