Litigation Paralegal | Austin, Texas | Boutique Law Firm

I'm working with a growing boutique law firm in Austin seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 2-6 years of law firm experience to join its expanding litigation and bankruptcy practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys working closely with attorneys, managing complex matters, and taking ownership of cases from initial intake through trial.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting litigation matters through all stages, including discovery, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Managing case files, docketing, court calendars, and critical deadlines.
• Drafting, proofreading, and preparing pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery documents.
• Handling electronic filings in Texas state and federal courts.
• Coordinating discovery, document production, and evidence management using litigation support and e-discovery platforms.
• Preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials, including exhibits, trial notebooks, and witness materials.
• Coordinating with attorneys, clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

What we're looking for:

• 2-6 years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm.
• Working knowledge of Texas state and federal court rules, filing procedures, and litigation deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Experience supporting cases from inception through trial.
• Familiarity with Everlaw or other e-discovery platforms is a plus.
• Paralegal certification and prior onsite trial support experience are advantageous.
