A well-established boutique litigation firm in Dallas is looking to add a talented Litigation Associate with 2-3 years' experience to its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice where you'll gain hands‑on experience working closely with experienced trial lawyers on a broad range of complex commercial disputes. From day one, you'll enjoy meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and exposure to high‑quality litigation matters.
The Opportunity
- Handle a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions and discovery.
- Take and defend depositions, attend hearings and support trial preparation.
- Work directly with partners in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
- Build your advocacy and client management skills with genuine opportunities for progression.
About You
- 2-3 years' litigation experience gained at a law firm.
- Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible for admission).
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- Motivated to take ownership of your work and develop your litigation career.
- Commercially minded with a proactive, collaborative approach.
