They are considered to be amongst the leading law firms in the world for Commercial Litigation law, specialising in complex commercial disputes, and ranked across the globe for their Disputes practice.

You will be joining a specialised team, who handle a broad range of claims relating to both restructuring and insolvency disputes, as well as commercial litigation matters across a range of sectors, large, national and multinational corporates, professional services, media businesses, sports clubs and various high-net worth individuals and family offices. This is a hardworking firm, offering a market-leading salary with a reasonable chargeable hours contribution.

As a Commercial Litigation Associate within the team, you can expect to undertake a broad range of work with a supportive collegiate department. The work involved will include advising on contentious matters, relating predominantly to professional negligence, corporate transactions, regulatory proceedings, as well as sport and media. You will be litigating high value claims at various levels, frequently collaborating with international lawyers to resolve cross-border disputes, including domestic and international arbitrations. You will be defending a range of clients including corporations, financial services and private equity firms, as well as individual investors, seeking assistance with investigations and litigation matters. Depending on experience, you may be expected to deal with disputes in the High Court, appellate courts, and in arbitrations.

Applications are sought from talented Associates trained in a similar elite environment, in England & Wales or a similar, leading common law jurisdiction. You will possess strong academics, and a confident understanding of commercial litigation law, ideally from a Top 50 background/leading Legal 500 background. Candidates should have strong organisation skills and a keen interest in joining one of the world's largest law firms.

Salary package of £150,000 - £170,000

  • 25 days annual leave.
