The Role
- Working as part of a fast growing and highly successful national team
- Handling complex and high value commercial disputes across a wide range of sectors worldwide
- The work will include disputes and investigations, high value professional negligence, civil fraud, product liability, international arbitration, contentious insolvency and corporate claims involving directors, shareholders and investors
- Clients include financial institutions, major international corporates, professional services firms, cutting-edge life sciences and technology companies, Governments and high net worth individuals
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor 1+ PQE
- Experience of a wide-range of complex commercial litigation and/or arbitration, for clients from a variety of sectors
- High level of client contact and previous responsibility for client files
