We are currently recruiting for experienced lawyers at Associate level (3+ years' PQE) to join our client's leading Commercial Group in Birmingham. You'll work on some of the most exciting and challenging commercial and technology matters for top-tier clients, including blue-chip companies and major international brands. The work will be varied, high-quality, and often cutting-edge, giving you the chance to build your expertise and take on a high degree of responsibility from day one.

What you'll do:

  • Advise clients on a broad range of commercial and technology matters, including high-value contracts, business-critical strategic projects, and novel tech-based initiatives.
  • Work on cross-border transactions and manage international client relationships.
  • Have the opportunity to get involved in secondments with our valued clients, gaining invaluable in-house experience.
