Role Overview
The successful candidate will advise on the structuring, establishment and operation of private investment funds across various sectors. The role will involve working closely with clients on fund formation, investor negotiations, side letters and ongoing operational matters, while also taking on greater responsibility for leading transactions and developing client relationships.
Requirements
- 4+ PQE England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Experience within a well-regarded investment funds practice
- Exposure to private fund structuring, formation and investor-side matters
- Strong technical drafting and transactional experience
- Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
