We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing legal practice based in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage their own caseload within a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing residential conveyancing files including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling matters from instruction to completion
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients at all stages of the transaction
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal
- Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
