A leading international law firm is looking to add a Newly Qualified Lawyer to its highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team in Leeds.

The Role:

  • Newly Qualified Real Estate Disputes Lawyer
  • Competitive salary and market-leading benefits package

  • Advising on a broad range of commercial property disputes
  • Working on landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and possession claims
  • Supporting senior lawyers on high-value, complex litigation for major clients
  • Early exposure to client-facing work with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate division
  • Involvement in interesting, varied and high-quality disputes work from the outset
  • Strong support, supervision and mentoring from experienced Partners and Managing Associates

The Candidate:

  • Newly qualified solicitor (or approaching qualification)
  • Training experience in real estate and/or property litigation
  • Technically sound with good commercial awareness
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Enthusiastic, resilient and keen to develop as part of a team
  • Comfortable handling a varied caseload with supervision
  • Keen to learn, grow and take on responsibility early in their career
  • A collaborative team player who fits well within a supportive culture
