- Acts for some of the UK's largest national housebuilders, as well as a broad range of regional developers and landowners.
- Offers full-service, multi-disciplinary support including land acquisition, planning, construction, site setup, and plot sales.
- Is led by experienced former in-house counsel from the housebuilding sector, bringing deep commercial insight.
- Includes a bespoke SME sub-team offering tailored advice to smaller developers, enabling a flexible and client-focused approach.
The Role
As a Partner in the Birmingham office, you will:
- Take a lead role in the continued development of the firm's housebuilder offering across the Midlands.
- Act as a trusted adviser to national and regional residential developers.
- Lead on high-value residential development transactions and manage key client relationships.
- Play an active role in business development, helping to grow the firm's market share in the region.
