Real Estate Litigation Associate | NQ-4 PQE | Birmingham
A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate to join their highly regarded team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-4 PQE solicitor to join a market-leading practice, working on a broad range of high-quality property disputes for an impressive client base. Flexible hybrid working is available.
The Role:
- Advise on a broad range of real estate disputes, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant matters.
- Work with high-profile clients across the retail, leisure, development, investment and public sectors.
- Gain exposure to matters including break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, lease renewals, possession claims, rent recovery, service charges, restrictive covenants and land registration issues.
- Prepare case documentation, undertake legal research and liaise with clients, counsel and other professionals.
- Take responsibility for elements of your own caseload, with appropriate supervision and support.
- Contribute to business development, team initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with NQ-4 years PQE in real estate/property litigation.
- Ideally some experience of landlord and tenant disputes.
- Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills.
- Commercially aware with a practical and client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A genuine interest in developing a career within a leading real estate litigation practice.
