This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier Property Dispute Resolution team acting on a broad range of complex, high-value and strategically significant property disputes, advising major clients across sectors including real estate, energy, infrastructure, development and the public sector.
The role offers the chance to work as part of a high-performing, collaborative team delivering commercially focused advice on major disputes and developments right here in Birmingham.
The RoleWorking closely with senior lawyers and partners, you’ll advise on a wide variety of matters including:
- Commercial property asset management disputes
- Development-related risk and strategy, including rights to light, title constraints and vacant possession
- Major property litigation and high-profile disputes
- Cross-sector disputes involving energy, infrastructure, planning, mining and electronic communications
- Strategic advisory work connected to large-scale developments and contentious real estate matters
You’ll play an integral role in delivering commercially focused, technically robust advice to a high-quality client base, including developers, investors, corporates, public sector bodies and institutional clients.
