We are working with a nationally recognised law firm seeking a Housing Management Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of housing litigation matters for a high-quality client base, within one of the largest housing practices in the UK.
The Role
- Advise social landlords on a wide range of housing management matters.
- Conduct possession proceedings and injunction applications.
- Advise on anti‑social behaviour matters and related litigation.
- Handle cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Advise on breach of tenancy, succession disputes and service charge issues.
- Act on social housing fraud matters.
- Manage access injunctions relating to gas and electrical safety.
- Work collaboratively within a multi‑office team on varied and often sensitive matters.

The Housing Management team is one of the largest and most established in the UK, advising a broad client base including registered providers, local authorities and other housing providers. The team operates nationally and continues to see significant growth, with a strong pipeline of high‑quality work.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified solicitor (NQ‑3 PQE) with experience advising social landlords.
- Experience in housing management and litigation matters.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
