A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly ranked Employment team in Birmingham. This is a permanent position with flexible hybrid working options available.
The Role
This position sits within a growing national Employment Practice Group advising an impressive and diverse client base, including:
- FTSE and Fortune 500 companies
- Public sector organisations and educational institutions
- Clients across sectors such as retail, technology, education, healthcare, and financial services
The work spans both contentious and non-contentious matters and can be tailored to suit the successful candidate's interests, including:
- Day-to-day HR and employee relations advice
- Employment litigation and tribunal claims
- Cross-border employment projects and international restructures
- Immigration and education sector work
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
- Industrial relations and collective consultation matters
