A highly respected regional firm is seeking a Principal Associate to join its award-winning and growing Property team. Known for its dynamic culture, long-term client relationships, and a strong sense of purpose, this is a firm that truly puts people first.

The Role
- Take the lead on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, development work, asset management, and property finance.
- Be involved in high-value and complex matters with a strong emphasis on client-facing work and relationship management.
- Supervise and support junior team members, contributing to their development and the overall success of the department.
- Have the opportunity to get involved in corporate support work and work closely with the firm’s top-tier Corporate team.
What You’ll Need
- A solid track record of transactional commercial property work, ideally with 6+ years’ PQE (but open to more senior applicants).
- Strong technical skills across acquisitions, disposals, leases, development, and ideally landlord and tenant and property finance.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to give pragmatic, strategic advice.
- Confidence managing direct client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Experience or interest in sectors such as logistics, healthcare/childcare, or renewable energy would be advantageous.
