We are currently recruiting for experienced lawyers at Associate level (3 years' PQE) to join our client's leading Commercial Group in Birmingham. You'll work on some of the most exciting and challenging commercial and technology matters for top-tier clients, including blue-chip companies and major international brands. The work will be varied, high-quality, and often cutting-edge, giving you the chance to build your expertise and take on a high degree of responsibility from day one.
What you'll do:
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial and technology matters, including high-value contracts, business-critical strategic projects, and novel tech-based initiatives.
- Work on cross-border transactions and manage international client relationships.
