We are working with a highly regarded national law firm seeking a Banking Associate to join their established and highly regarded Banking team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of banking transactions and work with a diverse client base, including financial institutions, lenders, private equity funds, and owner-managed businesses.
The Role:
- Lead and support a wide range of banking transactions, including acquisition finance, general corporate lending, and real estate finance.
- Advise financial institutions and borrowers on complex banking matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate finance documents (LMA and non-LMA) and security documentation.
- Collaborate with other teams, including corporate, real estate, restructuring, and litigation, to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Work alongside senior colleagues on high-profile transactions and support business development initiatives.
- Manage multiple transactions independently, providing sound commercial advice and excellent client service.

Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with demonstrable experience as a Banking Associate.
