We are working with a well known & highly regarded business in the West Midlands in their search for a commercial lawyer on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role is suitable for someone coming available soon who has in house experience looking to join a fast paced business, with lots of exposure to the stakeholders within the business. Alternatively, applicants currently working in law firm who are keen to gain in house experience are also encouraged to apply - it would certainly be a fantastic first in house opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating b2b/b2c contracts and the related management of business stakeholders.
- Advising on strategic projects.
- Advising on marketing/advertising.
- General dispute management.
Qualifications:
The business is looking for 2 PQE+ and it is hybrid working from the West Midlands office, with the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days per week.
Compensation:
Salary / package is up to £65,000, plus other add ons i.e. pension, discretionary bonus etc.
