The Role

As an Employment Solicitor within this highly regarded team, you will handle a stimulating mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising an enviable roster of blue‑chip clients, multinational corporations, and public sector bodies.
  • Handling Employment Tribunal litigation from inception to resolution.
  • Providing strategic advice on large‑scale corporate restructurings, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
  • Drafting and negotiating senior executive contracts, settlement agreements, and complex workplace policies.

About you
