The Role
As a Real Estate Development Associate, you will:
- Advise on major regeneration, development and broader commercial property matters.
- Act for major public and private sector clients, including local authorities and housing providers.
- Take responsibility for significant elements of complex, high-value projects.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and teams across the wider firm.
- Build strong client relationships and develop your own profile and network.
- Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
About You
You will ideally have:
- 4+ years' PQE with experience in commercial property and/or residential development.
- Strong experience of property development, regeneration or complex projects.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach and an interest in developing client relationships and business development skills.
