We're looking for ambitious law graduates and early-career legal professionals to join our Manchester team as a Recruitment Resourcer.
You’ll use your legal knowledge in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, building relationships with lawyers while developing valuable commercial and recruitment experience.
The Role
You’ll support our consultants in identifying and engaging legal professionals, including:
- Researching the market and identifying candidates
- Speaking with lawyers about their career goals
- Building and maintaining candidate relationships
- Supporting live recruitment assignments
- Managing candidate information and recruitment processes
What We’re Looking For
- Law degree (minimum 2:1 preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, confident and commercially minded
- Positive, ambitious and resilient
What We Offer
- £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
