I'm currently working with an established US law firm that is looking to grow its presence across Texas and is interested in speaking with Partner-level attorneys with established portable practices.
This is a different model to the traditional law firm environment, offering experienced attorneys significantly more flexibility and control over how they operate their practice.

- Retain up to 80% of collected fees
- Set your own rates and client arrangements
- Greater autonomy over your practice and client relationships
- A well-established platform and infrastructure behind you
- Very low attorney attrition
The firm is particularly interested in speaking with Partners who have a portable book of business in the region of $400k+, across a range of practice areas.
This could be an interesting option for Partners who have built a strong practice and client base but are looking for greater flexibility, autonomy and control, without the traditional overheads and billable-hour pressures of a conventional law firm.
