We are working with an instantly recognisable business and award winning employer who are seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer to work on a fantastic variety of corporate matters on a 12 month contract. You will be working in a highly supportive environment with the support of other senior corporate lawyers in the business, advising on M&A, JV's, partnerships and Re-orgs!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate lawyer seeking a first in-house move, where you'll have the opportunity to work on big ticket strategic partnerships with major commercial partners.
