Are you an available commercial lawyer looking for an opportunity to start immediately? I'm working with a well known Retail Group in Lancashire who need a sole counsel for an initial period of 6 months, with a possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and novations
- Supplier/vendor contracts
- Procurement agreements
- IPO and transfer work into US based entity
Requirements:
As this is a standalone role we're looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to work independently and operate at pace.
Work Arrangement:
The role will be 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.
