A superb in-house opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded solicitor to join a large and ambitious infrastructure and services company.

Our client is a leading provider of critical infrastructure services and solutions, and its client base includes many household name companies. Specific services include:

  • renewable and green energy projects
  • major utilities contracts
  • technical and consultancy services
  • plus other ad hoc matters

Role

Working alongside the General Counsel and Head of Legal, as In-house Commercial Counsel you will have exposure to stakeholders throughout the business, and you will have involvement in a diverse range of commercial legal and contractual matters. In addition, should you choose to, there is scope to pick up other areas of law, including but not exclusively projects and construction matters, and corporate governance and company secretarial duties.

About you

Our client is seeking a generalist commercial solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE for this In-house Commercial Counsel role, and they are seeking individuals living and working in Greater Manchester and surrounds.
