Our client is an enterprise software group with a significant international footprint across the UK, Europe and North America. The organisation operates a complex, multi‑jurisdictional subsidiary network and supports a broad range of commercial and operational activities worldwide.
To support the company in the UK and overseas, our client seeks to recruit a Corporate Paralegal to join its established in‑house legal team. This genuinely global role will see you act as the primary owner of entity management, corporate governance and legal operations across the group’s worldwide subsidiary network, working closely with registered agents and stakeholders across the UK, Europe and the US.
The role goes beyond UK‑focused company secretarial and corporate governance work and will suit someone who is comfortable managing multi‑jurisdiction corporate housekeeping, coordinating filings internationally, preparing and circulating board resolutions and corporate authorisations, supporting entity rationalisation and governance projects, and supporting wider legal operations activity such as budget tracking, invoice processing, matter administration and broader administrative and operational support to the legal team.
Applicants for the role should possess demonstrable experience in a corporate paralegal, corporate governance and/or company secretarial role within a multinational company or leading private practice law firm. You should have hands‑on experience working with a corporate registered agent provider, be comfortable instructing agents, tracking service of process, and managing filing workflows through an agent portal. A solid understanding of multi‑jurisdiction entity management is preferred, although you do not need to be a filing expert in every jurisdiction; instead, you must understand how global subsidiary networks work and how to keep them in order. It would be desirable if you are familiar with entity management software such as Blueprint or similar, and experience supporting corporate transactions and/or restructuring projects would be ideal.
This is a rare in‑house Corporate Paralegal opportunity within an acquisitive multinational software company. The work is genuinely meaningful, and there is excellent exposure to complex international entity structures and senior stakeholders. You will work as part of a legal team that values commercial thinking, continuous improvement and getting things done! In addition to the excellent skills, experience and learning on offer, our client is offering a competitive basic salary, pension, private medical and other benefits. The company has offices in London and Greater Manchester / North‑West England; however, this role can be worked almost exclusively from home, so applications from relevant individuals living almost anywhere in the UK can be considered.
