This is an opportunity to join a well-established global business with a portfolio of well-known consumer brands on an interim basis, supporting the legal function during a period of change and growth. You'll join a collaborative in-house legal team and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, delivering practical, commercially focused legal support in a fast-paced environment.

The business is seeking an Interim Commercial Legal Counsel to support on a broad range of commercial contracting matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
  • Supporting the business on integration-related legal work
  • Working directly with commercial and operational teams to deliver pragmatic, risk-based advice
  • Managing matters independently and prioritising effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is comfortable operating at pace and embedding quickly within the business.

About You
  • You will be a qualified lawyer with 3–5 years PQE
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is essential
  • Some experience of supporting with corporate matters would be advantageous
  • You are confident managing stakeholder relationships and providing clear, commercial advice
  • You are comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
