We are working with a globally renowned name which is a key partner to other instantly recognisable names in a variety of different sectors. This business is the top player in its market and seeking a commercial lawyer to cover an 18 month maternity leave, to handle a range of commercial law matters.
Responsibilities
- Reporting into an experienced senior legal counsel, you will have responsibility for assisting on customer and supplier contracts and advising on bids and tenders.
- Advising on strategic projects, as well as other matters such as GDPR, general risk & compliance advice, and company secretarial.

Qualifications
It is a pre-requisite that you have significant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contacts & are able to manage key stakeholders within a fast paced sector.
Work arrangement
The business is very flexible around hybrid working but there will be some office presence required in the Milton Keynes office.
Salary & Benefits
The base salary is up to £75,000 and includes a very generous car allowance & discretionary bonus.
