We are a well-established, market leading international organisation operating within a highly regulated and essential services sector. Over recent years, the business has experienced sustained growth, driven by long-term partnerships, strategic investment, and an expanding service offering. They are now seeking to add a 2-4 PQE legal counsel to take on a varied, general commercial lawyer role.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, review and negotiation of key supplier and customer contracts and bids/tenders.
  • Advising on regulatory / compliance legal matters.
  • Assisting on niche legal matters specific to the sector.
  • Managing internal stakeholders.
  • Managing pre-action disputes & liaising with external counsel.
