Commercial Lawyer - 12 Month FTC 3-8 PQE | Hybrid (Salford - 1 day per week) A leading international business is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join its UK legal team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. This is a broad in-house role supporting commercial operations across a large and diverse organisation. The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of commercial matters, working closely with senior stakeholders on complex contracts, projects and risk management issues. The role will include: Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements Advising on outsourcing, supplier and customer contracts Supporting on complex projects, disputes and contract variations Advising on legal and commercial risk Working closely with business teams and external counsel where required Providing pragmatic, solutions-focused legal advice in a fast-paced environment Suitable candidates will have: 3-8 years' PQE Strong commercial contracts experience gained in private practice and/or in-house Excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied workload Experience with outsourcing or public procurement matters would be advantageous but is not essential Additional information: 12 month fixed term contract Hybrid working model Ability to attend the Salford office once per week is essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
