We are delighted to be working with a well established West Midlands based organisation in their search for a Lead Commercial Lawyer / Senior Legal Counsel, where you will get the opportunity to lead on the core commercial legal matters, in what is an exciting phase in the companies strategic growth trajectory!
Reporting into the Legal Director, you will be responsible for:
· Leading on core commercial contracts and the business as usual commercial law matters;
· Management of the existing commercial lawyers;
· Management of the key decision making stakeholders, as well as relationships with external law firms.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel, who is seeking an exciting & varied role, where the legal work will be challenging, and there is the opportunity to have a real impact & influence in the business.

The business operate a hybrid working policy and so office contact 3 days per week is required in the East Midlands office.
