Interim Commercial Lawyer - 6 - 12 months - West Midlands

A multi billion turnover West Midlands based company is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team on an interim basis, for an initial period of 6 months but this could extend to 12 months.

Due to a recent restructure, the business has seen an increase in workload and requires support from an experienced Commercial Lawyer.

Reporting into the General Counsel, you will work in a tight knit team and lead on the drafting & review of commercial contracts, as well as advising on other areas of law such as IP and compliance. You will be a point of escalation for more junior members in the legal team, as well as being responsible for managing external law firms & key internal stakeholders.

Applications are invited from commercial lawyers with significant in house experience of drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements including supplier contracts and T&Cs. You will be able to work autonomously and be confident in hitting the ground running with an interim assignment.

The business is based in West Midlands and can offer a good degree of flexible working from home. This is a full time role but the business will consider applications from those seeking to work 4 days per week.

They are looking for someone available to start in March / April.
