The Opportunity – In-house Real Estate Solicitor:
As Senior Counsel, you\’ll play a pivotal role in managing a broad range of real estate transactions and commercial matters, to include lease/sale, development, licences, transfers and easements, as well as conducting title due diligence, and advising on VAT, SDLT, and Land Registry processes.
In addition, there is scope to contribute to broader legal areas including data protection, commercial, corporate, regulatory compliance, plus other ad hoc legal matters.
You\’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders across the business, helping to deliver solution-focused commercial legal advice that supports the company\’s ambitious growth plans.
What we\’re looking for:
This is an ideal role for a real estate solicitor with at circa 5+ years\’ PQE. You will ideally have a mix of commercial property experience, with those possessing an element of development experience particularly appealing – as this skill is missing from the team at present.
In addition to your strong legal skills and commercial mindset, you should possess a proactive, solutions-orientate approach with the avability to support on strategic projects, and make a tangible impact in-house.
