A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a retailer who is currently enjoying high growth rates unlike many in the sector. Due to growth, we are looking for a commercial paralegal with a good knowledge of basic contracts who can also support the existing team of 6.
Reporting to the Head of Legal you will:
- Triage legal work from the business and allocate to the team as appropriate;
- Draft and amend a variety of agreements including manufacturing and IT contracts and licenses;
- Management of the contract database;
- Support across commercial, corporate, data protection and company secretarial matters.
You:
- 2 years experience as a commercial paralegal either in-house or in private practice;
- Legal qualification an advantage;
- Confident reviewing contracts.
