An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join a market-leading, globally recognised organisation operating at the forefront of a highly regulated, technology-driven sector. This position offers truly global exposure, supporting a business with an international footprint on a wide range of high-quality legal matters. The work is notably varied, spanning commercial contracts, regulatory and compliance issues, marketing and promotional advisory, as well as involvement in bespoke and strategic projects.

The Role

You will join a large, well-established legal team, working closely with experienced colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business. The role combines technical legal work with commercial input, advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters in a fast-paced environment.

  • Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial and technology-focused agreements
  • Advising on regulatory and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
  • Supporting marketing and advertising initiatives from a legal perspective
  • Contributing to bespoke projects and strategic business initiatives

  • UK-qualified solicitor with solid commercial/corporate training

Location & Working Pattern

The role is commutable from Cheshire and Staffordshire, with a hybrid working model of three days per week in the office.
