The work is notably varied, spanning commercial contracts, regulatory and compliance issues, marketing and promotional advisory, as well as involvement in bespoke and strategic projects.
The Role
You will join a large, well-established legal team, working closely with experienced colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business. The role combines technical legal work with commercial input, advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial and technology-focused agreements
- Advising on regulatory and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
- Supporting marketing and advertising initiatives from a legal perspective
