You’ll join a collaborative in‑house legal team and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, delivering practical, commercially focused legal support in a fast‑paced environment.
The business is seeking an Interim Commercial Legal Counsel to support on a broad range of commercial contracting matters.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
- Supporting the business on integration‑related legal work
- Working directly with commercial and operational teams to deliver pragmatic, risk‑based advice
- Managing matters independently and prioritising effectively in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment
This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who is comfortable operating at pace and embedding quickly within the business.
About You- You will be a qualified lawyer with 3–5 years PQE
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is essential
- Some experience of supporting with corporate matters would be advantageous
- You are confident managing stakeholder relationships and providing clear, commercial advice
- You are comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
