We are working with a globally renowned name which is a key partner to other instantly recognisable names in a variety of different sectors. This business is the top player in its market and seeking a commercial lawyer to cover an 18 month maternity leave, to handle a range of commercial law matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist on customer and supplier contracts
- Advise on bids and tenders
- Advise on strategic projects
- Handle GDPR, general risk & compliance advice, and company secretarial matters
Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a lengthy fixed term contract where you will gain significant exposure in a major international business.
Qualifications
It is a pre-requisite that you have significant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contacts & are able to manage key stakeholders within a fast paced sector.
Working Arrangements
The business is very flexible around hybrid working but there will be some office presence required in the Midlands office.
Compensation
The base salary is up to £75,000 and includes a very generous car allowance & discretionary bonus.
