We are working with an instantly recognisable business and award winning employer who are seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer to work on a fantastic variety of corporate matters on a 12 month contract. You will be working in a highly supportive environment with the support of other senior corporate lawyers in the business, advising on M&A, JVs, partnerships and reorganisations!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate lawyer seeking a first in-house move, where you will have the opportunity to work on big ticket strategic partnerships with major commercial partners. Alternatively, this is also appropriate for an in-house corporate lawyer seeking to expand their experience and learning on highly sophisticated corporate projects.
The business is operating a hybrid working policy with a West Midlands or East Midlands office to work in, with the majority of the time working from home.
