We are working with an instantly recognisable energy company and award winning employer who are seeking a FCA/Consumer Lawyer to work on a wide variety of FCA / Financial Law matters on a 12 month contract. Working within a well-established team of senior lawyers, this role will see you providing legal advice in relation to the business bringing high tech, innovative energy solutions into peoples homes.
Your role will see you advising on legal risk in respect of FCA & Financial Services law, as well as advising on some more generalist commercial contracts relating to consumer terms and conditions. It is a pre-requisite that you have FCA and Financial law expertise and relevant experience dealing directly with consumer matters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with FCA/ Financial Law who is seeking a first in-house move, where you will have the opportunity to work on large strategic projects. Alternatively, if you are working in house already and seeking an exciting new challenge in a highly regarded and well established in house legal team, then this certainly offers that.
The business is based in the West Midlands and East Midlands and operates a very flexible hybrid working policy, with 2 days per week required in the West Midlands or East Midlands office.
