To support this development, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fantastic team in the North East. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you’ll play an essential role in introducing our trusted cost and carbon data products to organisations across the built environment. You’ll help connect businesses with insights that drive smarter decisions and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking sales team that values curiosity, ambition, and wellbeing.
What you’ll do:
- Research and identify new leads across key markets.
- Engage potential customers, build relationships, and book product demonstrations.
- Showcase BCIS’s data products and services in a clear and compelling way.
- Log and manage interactions in Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
- Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and sales processes.
- Conduct timely follow-ups via phone to convert marketing campaigns into SQLs.
