Help shape the growth and impact of BCIS products. BCIS is entering an exciting phase of growth, powered by innovation, technology and data. To support this, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help bring BCIS products to life in the market.

In this role, you’ll translate technical product information into clear, compelling messaging, support go-to-market activities, and ensure our products deliver strong commercial results. You’ll work closely with Data, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure our products are well‑positioned, understood, and trusted by customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and deliver product marketing plans aligned with BCIS commercial targets.
  • Translate product features and technical information into clear customer value propositions and messaging.
  • Lead go‑to‑market activities for new products, updates, and launches, ensuring effective cross‑team coordination.
  • Create product‑led content, including brochures, web copy, email campaigns, case studies, presentations and sales enablement materials.
  • Work closely with Data and Engineering teams to understand product roadmaps, user needs, and market opportunities.
  • Provide product‑specific support to the Sales team, including collateral, positioning guidance and messaging tailored to different customer segments.
  • Conduct market, competitor and customer research to inform positioning and strategy.
  • Track and analyse product marketing performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure product information is accurate, up‑to‑date and consistent across all channels.
  • Support PR, demand generation and campaign activity with product expertise and insights.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Degree educated, ideally in marketing, communications, business, design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within data, SaaS, construction or built environment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, value proposition development and go‑to‑market planning.
  • Able to translate technical or complex information into clear, customer‑friendly messaging.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills.
  • Experience producing professional product collateral using tools such as Adobe Creative and Figma.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Video creation – production and editing.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Creative, commercially‑minded, and confident working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in the built environment or construction sector is advantageous but not essential.
