We are looking for an experienced Construction Economist / Statistician / Economist to join our team, based anywhere in the UK, to design and refine forecasting models that underpin critical construction cost insights, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and real-world impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Applying advanced economic and statistical expertise to shape the future of the built environment.
• Building and refining forecasting models and cost indices.
• Analysing large datasets to uncover trends, cost drivers, and actionable insights.
• Improving processes, workflows, and backend systems to ensure the data remains reliable and robust.
• Sharing insights in ways that make sense for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborating across teams and mentoring colleagues.

Who we’re looking for

• Degree in economics, statistics, applied statistics, or related field.
• Solid experience in statistical modelling, forecasting, or data analysis.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
