BCHA is seeking a Senior Practitioner to lead and develop a high-performing team delivering person-centred, psychologically informed support to young people. Working closely with the Business Manager, you will oversee service delivery, drive quality and performance, support colleague development, and build strong partnerships to achieve positive outcomes for customers.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Skills leading or supervising teams within homelessness, supported housing, mental health or related services.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed, strengths-based and psychologically informed approaches.
  • Strong safeguarding, risk management and multi-agency working experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
  • A passion for empowering young people and delivering outstanding services.
