BCHA is seeking a Responsive Night Intensive Housing Officer to join our team covering properties in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and Weymouth. You will provide out-of-hours customer service to protect buildings and residents and work to prevent occupancy breaches, de-escalating incidents as needed.
The role involves night shifts from 19:00 to 08:00 on a 4 on/4 off rota, with training and support to perform at a high standard while safeguarding residents and coordinating with partners.
