Lead Service Coordinator
Lead a supported accommodation service for young people with a range of support needs.
This role involves overseeing the day‑to‑day operation of the service, leading a team of Support Workers and ensuring person‑centred, trauma‑informed care within a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE).
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding, person‑centred support.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring a safe, welcoming and supportive environment.
- Embed trauma‑informed and psychologically informed approaches throughout the service.
- Support young people to develop independence, resilience, confidence and essential life skills.
- Work in partnership with Social Care, Education, Health and Mental Health Services and other local agencies to provide coordinated support.
- Build strong relationships with community organisations, training providers and employers to create opportunities for young people.
- Work alongside the Senior Practitioner and wider leadership team to continually improve and develop the service.
Qualifications
