BCHA is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to provide strong financial leadership across the organisation from its Plymouth/Bournemouth bases. This strategic role covers governance, robust controls and accurate financial information to support sustainable decision-making and long-term impact for the communities we serve.
You will lead the finance function, work closely with the Executive Team and senior managers, and provide clear financial advice while upholding high standards.
