BCHA is seeking a dedicated Painter and Decorator to assist in planned works aimed at ensuring our customers have welcoming and comfortable living environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform painting and decorating tasks in accordance with planned maintenance schedules.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary.
- Select appropriate materials and colors for each project.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a painter and decorator, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to transportation may be required.
