BCHA is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our repairs and maintenance team working predominantly across Plymouth.
Responsibilities- Have a trades background, ideally with skills and experience in bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting, plastering, tiling and painting.
- Work across a mix of planned and reactive maintenance.
- Emphasise customer service as the customer is often present on site.
- Hold a full and current driving licence and have the ability to drive a company van.
- Experience within a similar role, ideally from within the Housing sector.
- Competent in at least plumbing and carpentry as defined within the job description.
- Full and current driving licence acceptable to our insurers.
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
- Van, smartphone, uniform and PPE provided.
