What You'll Do
- Work primarily within one geographic location with occasional reasonable travel.
- Collaborate with BCHA team members and external agencies, including Local Authority Housing Teams, Housing Benefit Teams, DWP, and more.
- Provide exceptional out‑of‑hours customer service, ensuring building security and the safety of both customers and visitors.
- Prevent breaches of occupancy agreements by proactively managing incidents and de‑escalating situations effectively.
