What You'll Do

  • Work primarily within one geographic location with occasional reasonable travel.
  • Collaborate with BCHA team members and external agencies, including Local Authority Housing Teams, Housing Benefit Teams, DWP, and more.
  • Provide exceptional out‑of‑hours customer service, ensuring building security and the safety of both customers and visitors.
  • Prevent breaches of occupancy agreements by proactively managing incidents and de‑escalating situations effectively.
