Overview
Operational Manager – Modern Day Slavery (£33,832.50 – £34,788.00 per annum) • 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday • Full-Time, Permanent
Location: BCHA, Bournemouth, England, United Kingdom. The post holder can be based in Dorset, Wiltshire, or Devon and will travel regularly across all three counties.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of specialist support workers.
- Ensure the survivor’s voice is always at the heart of the work.
- Oversee the delivery of safe, trauma-informed, and empowering support for those referred through the Home Office’s National Referral Mechanism.
Additional context: The role leads the Liberty Project, which provides vital support to survivors of modern slavery through safehouse accommodation and outreach across three counties.
